Helping Disabled Rise In The Workplace

About Us

The mission of the Greater Orlando Business Leadership Network (BLN) is to provide organizational support, awareness, education and other resources to area businesses to assist employers with hiring and retaining people with disabilities. The end result of the GOBLN will be an increased level of employment of people with disabilities in the Greater Orlando area.

The GOBLN is one of over 60 affiliates of the USBLN® which is the national disability organization, representing over 5,000 employers across North America.

The GOBLN uses an Employer-to-Employer model to promote the business imperative to include people with disabilities in the workforce. Our mission is to increase employment of people with disabilities in the Greater Orlando geographic areas. Businesses join our network to learn how to expand their diversity recruiting efforts to include people with disabilities - not as a social model, but as a business case to recruit talent and better serve their customers. Our success is measured in the workplace, marketplace, supplier chain and the economy.
